Artist Statement
What does it take to be a good photographer?

  • Nikon D2X: $5000
  • Tamron 28-300 mm Di lenses: $500
  • Bogen tripod with ball head and quick release: $400
  • Epson Photo 2200 printer: $500
  • The mind and eye of a photographer: Priceless

It is not a matter of how many pieces of expensive equipment you have; it is about how you can fully utilize your existing resources.
It is not a matter of how many advanced features of Adobe PhotoShop you master; it is about how you can apply your knowledge and skill properly.
Beauty is everywhere; she is among us and within us. Try to visualize the invisible!

In this exhibit, 35 of my photo collection are displayed as framed prints and 251 are showed on an iMac in a random fashion.
Special thanks to Ms. Josephine Wong, Ms. Tina Rutledge, Dr. Samuel DiGangi, Dr. Angel Jannasch, and Dr. Aliane Young for their sponsorship or assistance.
