| Technique | I used a Nikon 200mm with two tele-converters to shoot a close-up of the moon, then I shot the cloud with a 200mm only. The two images are
sandwiched in Photoshop to make this picture. To capture the image of the moon at night requires a longer exposure. However, the moon is a moving target though it appears to be still. Therefore, a longer exposure may result in a blurred image. But I cheated! I shot these pictures at around 5:00 p.m. when the sky was still bright. Then I adjusted the contrast of the pictures in Photoshop. |
