          Note
       |

When I hiked on the high mountain of Flagstaff, once a while I
saw some small trees being covered by a thick layer of snow. Their
original appearance was no longer recognizable. Nevertheless, this
         natural veil invited my imagination.

          Note
       |

Some trees were bent by heavy accumulation of snow and eventually
died. Nonetheless, they made the last contribution: Generating a very
         interesting composition for photographers.

          Note
       |

It was an unpleasant experience to take picture while snow
was melting down. Once a while a "bomb" dropped on me. At first I tried
to protect my camera from getting wet. Later I decided to take this
risk and thus captured the moment of snow-falling.
