In the same trip I went to the Bryce Canyon twice. This picture was taken in the evening. Prompt actions are extremely crucial because the sunlight stayed on the top of the rocks for just a few minutes.

On the contrary, this picture was taken in the morning. Timing is also important. In the morning the temperature is low enough to prevent snow from massive melting.
